Challenging Parts

In this guided practice, I take you deeper into your heart center in order to bring more compassion and curiosity to your inner parts, especially the one’s you find challenging, uncomfortable, or embarrassing. This practice reminds your inner system that all your parts have good intentions and are doing their best for you.

Feeling Stuck

In this guided practice, we acknowledge that sometimes we get stuck in uncomfortable, vulnerable, and confusing places as we do deep inner work. We’ll open up to feelings of stuckness, get curious about them, and draw on our inner courage and clarity to move these feelings through.

 

Overwhelmed

You ever have that feeling like you're at the bottom of a massive mountain and you have no idea how to even begin? This exercise reminds us that the journey of a thousand miles begins not just with one step, but with one breath. We can come back to the present moment and acknowledge that we're enough, we're not alone, and we can do this.

 

Getting to Know Your True Self

This is a meditation and a journaling exercise wrapped in one. Make sure you have at least 30 minutes set aside and a journal on hand. This meditation will lead you deeper into the relationship between your parts and true self. The journaling practice will help solidify this relationship.
