Self-Energy Circle

Welcome to the Self-Energy Circle application!

The Circle is a small IFS practice community that Audra and I lead. These questions help us get to know you. Take your time; there are no right answers.

Part I. Personal Information

These questions help us to get to know you better and also to identify sub-groups in our community (e.g., members who live in the Northwest or work in a particular field). None of these questions are used for membership admissions.

Part II. Your Internal Family Systems experience

Please choose all the items that best represent your experience with Internal Family Systems (required)

Part III. Community Readiness

What is your comfort level with sharing personal experiences in a group setting?
What is your comfort level with engaging in experiential practices (meditation, parts-mapping, demo sessions etc.)?
What is your comfort level with being vulnerable with others you’re getting to know?

Part IV. Understanding our approach

Please read our community approach, then type your name at the bottom to acknowledge that you’ve read and understand it.

What We Are

The Self-Energy Circle is a practice community—not a therapy group—dedicated to helping members expand their access to Self-energy through Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles. We complement but do not replace individual therapeutic work.

The Entrepreneurial Spirit

You get out of this community what you put into it. Members who experience the most growth show up consistently, participate actively, and take ownership of their journey.

Your Commitments

Showing Up

  • Attend live sessions regularly (1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 7pm ET) and the monthly witness session
  • Read weekly update emails
  • Schedule and attend peer practices
  • Use the resources on the Circle platform

Engage Your Partners

  • Embrace your assigned peer partnerships and pods
  • Reach out to new partners by the weekend following the last live session
  • Honor your scheduled commitments

Keep It Safe

  • Maintain strict confidentiality—what’s shared here stays here
  • Speak “for” your parts rather than “from” them
  • Witness without fixing, advising, or correcting

Own Your Experience

  • Care for your own parts; step back if overwhelmed
  • Seek professional support when needed
  • Lean into your growth edge with curiosity

Be Present

  • Complete your profile with a photo
  • Minimize distractions during sessions
  • Communicate with kindness

Membership Terms

  • $100/month, with a quarterly commitment, automatically renewed
  • Provide notice if you cancel
  • Session recordings are for members only—do not share externally

Agreement

By signing, I acknowledge that:

  • This is a practice community, not therapy
  • I commit to showing up with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • I will maintain confidentiality
  • I will honor commitments to peer partners
  • I take responsibility for my own well-being
  • I will approach this work with curiosity and presence
Our community values experiential learning over theoretical discussion. How comfortable are you with practices that invite you to feel and experience rather than analyze?

Part V. Practical considerations

Short-term financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
